My Story

As Chief Executive Officer for the past 11 years, Fig sets the standard for excellence in client service and data management solutions at ClaimFox. Fig is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, leads new business development and oversees several national and regional accounts.

Fig was one of the first members of the company, giving her the opportunity to build an innovative industry-leading team from the ground up.  She brings tremendous heart, passion and personality to her position — characteristics she believes generates quality service and positive outcomes for both customers and employees.

Prior to ClaimFox, Fig worked for the U.S. Government handling Strategic Issues at the Government Accountability Office (GAO) - the Investigative arm of Congress charged with examining matters relating to the receipt and payment of public funds.

Fig received her Masters in Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and Bachelors degree from Hofstra University, 

Outside the office, Fig is just as active as she is inside the office. She enjoys traveling, volunteering and spending time with friends and family. She also lives for a good cup of iced coffee, regardless of the season.
