Account Team Support Specialist, Ronkonkoma, NY

The Account Team Support Specialist prepares files for release and shipment including quality review, processing, creating encrypted discs and electronic transfers in accordance to site protocol and HIPAA regulations.  This person communicates with employees working at our client site locations accross the U.S. to remain current on the status of requests. 

Our Support Specialists ensures that all processes and procedures are being followed and quality standards are being met.

The Support Specialist provides strong team representation and keeps team members fully informed at all times. Understanding of company services is important to effectively communicate solutions to the requestors.

Some requirements include:

• Associates Degree
• excellent communication skills
• superb detail orientation and organizational skills
• ability to be flexible and assist with miscellaneous projects as needed
• comfort  utilizing and navigating various computer software programs
• excellent interpersonal skills
