Account Manager

Locations: Ronkonkoma, NY

ClaimFox is searching for a talented Account Manager to manage a portfolio of clients.  The AM serves as the primary contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The  AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts as well as represent the client's needs to ensure quality. In addition, the AM should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

 Some requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
• proven account management skills
• detail orientated
• strong problem solving
• organizational skills
• excellent interpersonal skills
• handles stressful situations well
• plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal supervision
